RSS 全文输出

最近很多网站不再提供 RSS 全文输出，让人觉得很不方便。原因我是可以理解：1）为了更高的访问量；2）部分网站图片的流量太高。但是对不起，我不想反搭进我更多的时间，只好退订了部分网站。对于非常喜欢的网站，也有一些方法可以得到全文输出。

方法一：使用 Greasemonkey 脚本 google reader full feed changer；介绍；
方法二：使用 Yahoo Pipes 做 RSS 全文输出；
方法三：使用 FiveFilters.org，介绍；
方法四：使用 feedex.net
